Chairman of Inproteo Honored
Prof. Richard
D. DiMarchi, 53, of Indiana University has been selected by the
American Chemical Society for the Earle N. Barnes Award for Leadership
in Chemical Research Management. Prof. DiMarchi is cited for his
R/D leadership in commercialization of protein therapeutics while
employed at Lilly Research Laboratories in Indianapolis, where he
was Group Vice President and a founder of Inproteo. Dr. DiMarchi
currently occupies the Gill Distinguished Chair in Biomolecular
Science at the IU Bloomington campus and is also Chairman of the
California life science company Ambrx, Inc. More details about Richards
